Биография
На третьем году
обучения театральному искусству в колледже
Иллинойса, Гари бросает все и уезжает в Чикаго,
где находит работу в Remains Theatre, а затем и в Chicago's
Steppenwolf Theater. Он также появляется на сцене
Нью-Йорка.
Свою актерскую карьеру он
продолжает в кино, получив роль второго плана в
Heart of Steel (1986).
После ролей в In the Line of Fire (1993)
и Gang Related (1997), за Коулом закрепляется амплуа
драматического актера.
Наиболее запоминающейся
ролью становится роль патриарха Майка Бреди в The
Brady Bunch Movie и A Very Brady Sequel.
Гари много снимается для
телевидения в минисериалах: Son of the Morning Star и Fatal
Vision, а также телефильмах Vital Signs и The Old Man and the Sea.
В 1998 году Гари снялся в
эротическом фильме Kiss th Sky ("Поцелуй небеса").
